We came here for lunch during the weekday. Parking was easy. Since this was my first time, the waiter was attentive in showing me the type of meat, the drink and sauce station. The restaurant is very clean. The menu is elaborate, it even has instructions on how to do shabu shabu and what meat belongs to what part of the cow The side choices of veggies, tofu and noodles are plentiful. Good selection of broth to choose from. At the end, a dessert is part of the lunch combo. My co worker and I really enjoyed this place and we will definitely come back for more.

As a fan of AYCE hot pot, Momo Paradise is the place to be! As soon as you step in, you are hit with the delicious smell of hotpot. The staff is welcoming and will guide you through the menu. The ambiance is modern yet cozy. There 4 different types of broth- sukiyaki, shabu shabu, tomato and tonkatsu. We ordered rhetorical shabu shabu and tomato broth. Both of which were very tasty. The meat is high quality and ours came with a sashimi platter which also was very high quality and delicious. I can't even pick which meat was my favorite because all of them were so good! They cooked quickly and melted in the mouth. I loved the sesame peanut dipping sauce and added some garlic and green onions to it. Everything here tastes so fresh. They also have a good taste of beverages. The wait was decent and we spent time walking around the plaza. Parking wasn't an issue either. I cannot reiterate how friendly and helpful the staff is. I will definitely be coming back! PS: come with a HUGE appetite

I've been going to Mo Mo Paradise for many times now, and it never disappoints--whether it's this Arcadia location or others. They consistently serve high-quality meat, and given the price point, it's very much worth it! This time, we came with a big party, and I was impressed by how attentive the staff were. Even though we stayed for over 90 minutes, they remained friendly and didn't rush us out, which I really appreciated. It made our meal feel more relaxed and enjoyable. If you're a fan of hot pot or shabu-shabu, I highly recommend this place. Great food, great value, and top-notch service. Can't wait to come back again!

Located in the corner of the building, self parking is available in the back, some with shaded parking and other are partial covered areas. Arriving for an early lunch, we had made a reservation prior and arrived there right on time. We got seats immediately and was ready to get grubbing. The server was nice and introduce the menu and the AYCE set up (we had a first-timer). We chose our broth and meat and went to the garden bar to get the rest of our shabu ingredients. There is also a DIY sauce bar and a drink station (they have toppings to add to your drink like lychee jelly). There is also some cold dishes along with beef and rice. The meat selection are 3 types of beef and 2 types of pork. Depending on your fatty preference, there is something for everyone. Flavor is great, we had a lot of fun and ate until we cannot eat anymore. There was also ice cream to end the meal. Price was decent and the quality of the meat and food was good. Would recommend for family, friends, date outing.

AYCE Shabu place with a self-service bar for vegetables and sides and also a drink area for an additional charge. Came here for lunch and it was $29.95 per person plus $3.55 for unlimited drinks such as matcha latte (don't miss out on this) and jasmine tea with unlimited toppings such as red bean or coffee jelly topping. Meat selection: pretty limited compared to other Shabu places but they have three types of beef and kurobuta pork. Pork belly is also available for dinner or weekends only. Broth: four choices available but I tried the Shabu Shabu (skip this if you don't like bland flavored broth) and tonkotsu. Service: Made a quick reservation through open table but also came here on a Monday afternoon so wasn't expecting a long wait. Was seated right away and ordered food within 2 minutes of sitting. Meat and broth came out fast. The service is fast here but not sure what it's like on the weekends or during busy hours. The atmosphere is calm with nice lofi music playing in the background. Parking; there's plenty of parking in the garage behind the restaurants Overall, this isn't my favorite Shabu place but it's not the worst. I liked their side options, drinks and their service here.

Wow! I came here for my anniversary and got sat right away with a reservation. Our server, Amy, was super good! It was our first time having shabu-shabu and she was super helpful and walked us through how to eat it! The sukiyaki with the beef was really good but a little salty at times. Their teas and sodas were free refill so they were great. Overall, super nice and would come back for the great service! Pro tip: ask for the egg for sukiyaki

I wanted to try this shabu shabu place for quite some time, but I have heard dinner hours can be long waits, especially on the weekends. That's probably due to it being good quality AYCE meats, enjoyable broths, a buffet of add ons, and great service. It is on the ground floor of what I think is a small office building in Arcadia, with a free parking lot in back. I went for lunch, which was about $10 cheaper and had no wait, even though it was fairly packed for a weekday, especially in sweltering Southern California summer. Inside, it's a nice looking, casual but stylish little place. It's not huge, which probably also contributes to the wait. First off, let me address service. We had a female server who was so amazingly friendly and good natured, I would've believed this was her very first week, except she did know the menu. She was one of the best servers I've ever had. The menu is small, but the meat is good quality. We tried the sukiyaki and tonkatsu broths. Most shabu places offer sukiyaki, but it is always sweet, whereas I prefer mine to be savory. The friendly server informed me that by adding water she brought over to the sukiyaki, it would make it more savory, and she was right! I got chilis and oils to make both broths spicy, and enjoyed them both a lot. They have a buffet section, where you can grab various noodles, vegetables, and meat/fish balls, as well as Japanese curry. House hot sake is only $3 a small carafe, which is very cheap. You can add unlimited sodas for like $4 or something like that. And, in the end they offer ever changing free ice cream, and if you want a scoop of each flavor it is not a problem. Is it my favorite shabu? Probably not. Jazzcat is my go to, but that isn't AYCE. Plus, I don't like their sukiyaki. And it's still better than many shabu places I've tried in the San Gabriel Valley. Would I come back? Definitely, especially for lunch. I wish I had the server's name to give her the shout out she deserves in case the owners/managers read this. I strongly recommend giving this place a try.
